PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
FX series hydrocyclones are used to increase the concentration of ore pulp and the recovery rate of concentrate. They are ideal equipment for pulp concentration and classification. They are widely used in the recovery of coarse coal slime in various coal washing plants and the pre-concentration of ore pulp before flotation, the pre-classification and concentration of coarse coal slime before selection, the pre-classification and concentration of coarse coal slime before dehydration, and the coarse separation treatment of coal slime water in flotation. They have a large concentration ratio and high underflow concentration, and are easy to combine with dehydration equipment such as TBS, curved screen, and high-frequency screen.

Three-product heavy medium cyclone
Equipment description: Heavy media cyclone is divided into two categories of pressed material and no pressed material, but their separation principles are basically the same. The heavy medium suspension and mineral are subjected to centrifugal force in the cyclone, so that the suspension is stratified according to density, and the mineral is separated according to different density in the suspension. High density heavy products are concentrated on the outer wall and discharged through the heavy product discharge port along the outer spiral. The low density cleaning product is discharged from the negative pressure area in the center of the cyclone along the inner spiral through the overflow port, thus achieving efficient and accurate separation.
Equipment lining description:

※ Wear-resistant ceramic lining is easy to replace: the worn and discarded lining can be replaced on site, and the cyclone housing can be reused to reduce production costs.

Alumina lining
Alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is a kind of low wear, high specific gravity, high hardness of ceramic chemical new material, alumina (ALO) as the main material, after high temperature 1500°C sintering formed widely used in thermal power, steel, chemical, cement and other industries. It is used in all mechanical equipment with high wear such as coal transportation, material transportation, powder making, ash discharge and dust removal systems.
