Firstly, its hardness is very high. The hardness of the high hardness alumina ceramic lining reaches a Mohs hardness level of 9 or above, which is much higher than that of most metal materials. Therefore, in some special working environments, such as high temperature and high pressure, acid alkali corrosion, etc., high hardness alumina ceramic lining has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Secondly, its density is relatively small. Compared to metal materials, high hardness alumina ceramic lining has a lower density and therefore a relatively light weight, which reduces the self weight of the equipment and makes it more stable.
Finally, able to withstand higher temperatures. Aluminum oxide is not prone to chemical reactions under high temperature conditions, so high hardness aluminum oxide ceramic lining can withstand higher temperatures and will not melt or deform due to high temperatures, making it very suitable for industrial equipment in high-temperature working environments.
