Welding process of large-caliber ceramic patch composite pipe: easy to weld, ceramic-lined composite steel pipe can be connected by welding the outer steel pipe. However, the corresponding straight pipe section is set according to the diameter of the ceramic wear-resistant pipe, in order to reserve the welding temperature during welding to affect the adhesion performance of the ceramic patch. Generally, a straight pipe section of 5cm is reserved for a diameter less than 600mm. About 10cm of straight pipes are reserved for diameters above 600. General welding method flange connection, direct welding.
