The FX series cyclone produces a high-speed rotating flow field in the cylindrical cavity, and the components with high density in the mixture move downward in the axial direction and outward in the radial direction under the action. The segment of the vertebral body moves downward along the wall of the vessel and is discharged from the bottom flow port, thus forming an external vortex flow field, the components with low density move toward the central axis, and form an upward moving internal vortex at the center of the axis, and then It is discharged from the overflow port, so that the purpose of two-phase separation is achieved.
Application Field
The FX series cyclone can be used to increase the concentration of ore pulp and improve the recovery rate of concentrate. It is an ideal equipment for concentration and classification of ore pulp.
