Ceramic lined composite pipe is manufactured by high technology production process - self-combustion high temperature clutch synthesis method. The pipe is composed of corundum ceramics, transition layer and steel respectively from inside to outside. The ceramic layer is formed at a high temperature of over 2200℃ to form dense corundum ceramics, which forms a firm bond with the steel pipe through the transition layer.

Small running resistance

By the relevant testing units on the inner surface roughness and water resistance characteristics of the test, the smoothness of the inner surface is better than any metal pipe, clear resistance coefficient of 0.0193, slightly lower than the seamless pipe.
Corrosion resistance, anti-scaling
As the ceramic layer of the steel is corundum ceramics, it is neutral in character. Therefore, it is resistant to acid and alkali and seawater corrosion, and at the same time has the characteristics of anti-scaling.
Low project cost
Ceramic lined composite pipe is light in weight and suitable in price. It is 50% lighter than the cast stone pipe of the same inner diameter and 20-30% lighter than the wear-resistant alloy pipe.
Easy installation and construction
