The main purpose
It is generally used in pneumatic (hydraulic) conveying systems such as boiler powder feeding or ash removal pipelines, and provides better improvement in solving the frequent wear and leakage of pulverized coal or bottom ash. It has been used in various thermal power plants, steel plants and cement plants in the country to achieve satisfactory results. According to statistics, the average wear of the wear-resistant layer of the ceramic wear-resistant pipe is only 0.2~0.3mm/year. If 10mm thick wear-resistant ceramics are pasted, the life of the pipe is ten times that of ordinary steel pipes.
Features
The wear resistance of the ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe is equivalent to 260 times that of manganese steel and 170 times that of chrome steel, and its Mohs hardness is above 9.0.
