■High-efficiency concentration cyclone------the core of tailings dry discharge system
The combination of high-efficiency concentration cyclone, thickener and dehydration screen can efficiently complete the concentration and dehydration process. After concentration and dehydration by the cyclone, the increase of underflow concentration creates good conditions for the dewatering screen operation, which can greatly increase the capacity of the dewatering screen, and the reduction of overflow concentration can effectively reduce the load of the thickener. Utilizing unique structural design, it is widely used in various mineral processing plants. In iron ore, even if the ore concentration is about 8%, the underflow concentration can still maintain more than 70%, and the yield is more than 75%.
1. Before starting the test run, make sure that all the connection points of the cyclone unit are fastened, and remove all kinds of residues in the pipeline and the unit box to avoid leakage and blockage after the start-up. Make sure to fully open the valve of the cyclone that is put into operation.
2. The valve can be fully opened (such as a running cyclone) or completely closed (such as a spare cyclone), but it is never allowed to be in a half-open state (that is, it is never allowed to use the valve to control the flow).
3. If possible, please test the car with clean water first. The feed to the cyclone can be provided by pump or head tank. If the pump matches the cyclone throughput, the pressure gauge shows a constant reading. To ensure that the pressure gauge readings do not fluctuate, if there are significant fluctuations, the cause needs to be checked. The equipment is required to work under a pressure not higher than 0.3MPa.
4. When the equipment is running smoothly under normal pressure, check the leakage at the connection point and take remedial measures if necessary.
5. Check for blockages caused by debris entering the cyclone. The clogging of the feed port of the cyclone will reduce the flow of overflow and grit, and the clogging of the grit port of the cyclone will reduce the flow of grit or even stop it, and sometimes violent vibration will occur. In case of blockage, the cyclone feeding valve should be closed in time to remove the blockage. In order to prevent clogging, facilities to prevent coarse materials and sundries (such as dust removal screen) can be added to the feeding tank of the hydrocyclone group. At the same time, the feeding tank should be emptied in time when parking to avoid sedimentation, Concentration is too high and cause blockage accidents.
6. When the equipment is proved to be in good condition by the clean water test, it can be operated with slurry.
