Wear-resistant elbow is a special corundum wear-resistant ceramic sheet pasted on the inside of the steel pipe elbow using a special temperature-resistant adhesive, solving the problem of serious wear and tear of the part of the feeding elbow in the thermal power, metallurgy, steel, cement and other industries, and at the same time adopting a comprehensive solution to the problem of the steel pipe elbow and the wear-resistant ceramic sheet pasted on the inside of the steel pipe elbow to facilitate the rapid replacement and construction.
Depending on the working conditions, the production process is also different, and can be used in direct paste method, bolt mounting card method or one-piece molding method to produce wear-resistant elbow.
Among them, the pipe-integrated molding method (RHS) is to use selected alumina particles to fire the liner pipe by various molding methods, and then pour the integrally molded wear-resistant elbow inside the steel pipe with a special filler. The pipes molded by this method are different from the ceramic composite pipes molded by the self-firming technology, which are lined with ceramic crystals identical to the patch ceramics. The advantage is that the inner wall of the pipe is smooth and has very good abrasion resistance, which is suitable for slag transfer and ash removal systems with high requirements on pipe materials.
Bolt mounting method is a ceramic assembly method that utilizes adhesive paste, ceramic sheet inter-pressure and inter-insertion, and bolt mounting three-fold fixation. As a result of the triple fixation method, the ceramic and the equipment have become integrated, and the ceramic will not fall off even if it is operated at a high temperature of more than 1,000 degrees.
Wear-resistant elbow can be applied to thermal power generation, ash (slag) conveying and coal dust conveying pipelines in thermal power plants. Wear-resistant elbow also can be used in tailing conveying and concentrate conveying pipelines in mineral processing plants, slurry and sediment conveying pipelines in harbors, pulverized coal slurry conveying pipelines and so on.
