Wear-resistant elbows are widely distributed in industries with severe wear and tear caused by fire, such as electricity, steel, smelting, cement, machinery, coal, mining, chemical industry, port and wharf.
In foreign countries, industrial enterprises generally use wear-resistant ceramics as wear-resistant linings, including Japan's Kyocera (KYOCERA), Kyushu Industry and Germany's BMW and other companies all use high-alumina ceramics to make linings and wear-resistant parts. Most of the equipment imported from abroad use this kind of wear-resistant elbow, such as Huaneng Dalian Power Plant, Huaneng Yueyang Power Plant Phase I, Guohua Sanhe Power Plant, Datang Tuhe Power Plant, Jiangsu Ligang Power Plant, etc. Wear-resistant elbows are installed with wear-resistant ceramics at the factory.
The wear-resistant elbow is made of special temperature-resistant strong glue to paste the special corundum wear-resistant ceramic sheet inside the steel pipe elbow, which solves the problem of serious wear of the material feeding elbow in the thermal power, metallurgy, steel, cement and other industries. At the same time, the steel pipe is used. A comprehensive solution for pasting elbows and wear-resistant ceramic sheets is convenient for quick replacement and construction.
According to different working conditions, the production process is also different, and the direct paste method, the bolt mounting method or the one-piece molding method can be used.
Among them, the pipeline integrated forming method (RHS) is to use alumina particles to fire the lined pipeline by various forming methods, and then pour the integrated pipeline into the steel pipe with special fillers. The pipes formed by this method are different from the ceramic composite pipes formed by the self-combustion technology, and the lined ceramic crystals are exactly the same as the chip ceramics. The advantages are that the inner wall of the pipeline is smooth and has very good wear resistance, which is suitable for the slag conveying and ash removal system with high requirements on the pipeline material.
The bolt mounting method is a ceramic assembly method that adopts adhesive bonding, mutual pressure and mutual insertion of ceramic sheets, and bolt mounting and clamping. Due to the triple fixing method, the ceramic and the device have become one, and the ceramic will not fall off even if it operates at a high temperature above 1000°C.
In recent years, with the accelerated development of my country's electric power construction and the continuous promotion of new technologies and new materials, wear-resistant elbows have been applied to dozens of new power plant projects in China, and the use effect is good and has been vigorously promoted.
