Working principle:
After fully mixing the qualified medium liquid and the selected raw materials, it is sent to a cylindrical cyclone at constant pressure. Under the action of the velocity field and the density field, the cylindrical cyclone separates and discharges the clean coal with low density first, while the clean coal with higher density is discharged first. The medium-density coal and gangue enter the conical cyclone with the medium liquid, the high-density gangue moves along the wall of the cone and is discharged from the underflow port, and the medium-density medium coal moves along the central pipe of the conical cyclone under the action of the axial velocity. discharge, so as to complete the process of sorting out three kinds of products: fine, medium and gangue.
