UHMWPE pipe is a low-density, high-strength net polymer resin, which is very light, particularly impact-resistant, has excellent flexibility, and has a wide range of applications. The ambient temperature of the UHMWPE pipe is generally -10℃-+35℃. In order to increase the pressure resistance, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes are often reinforced in the integral mode of spiral pipes such as rayon, nylon, and steel mesh. In addition, the performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes is related to its density and molecular weight, and increases with the increase of material density, modulus and yield stress. Polyethylene pipes used to transport gas need to be under normal working conditions. It has high tensile strength and toughness, good deformation resistance, stress crack resistance and chemical stability.
