Wear-resistant pipe and pipe fittings coal powder ash slag pipe

Wear-resistant pipes and fittings have wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant properties, so they can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical and other industries to transport sand, stone, pulverized coal, ash, aluminum liquid and other abrasive properties. Granular materials and corrosive media, it is an ideal anti-corrosion pipeline.


The wear resistance of wear-resistant pipes and fittings is more than 5 times higher than that of thick-walled wear-resistant cast steel pipes. In practice, the ceramic-lined composite steel pipe was opened for observation and measurement after 1-2 years of use, and the composite layer had no obvious wear or fall off. In terms of pipes of the same specification and unit length, the weight of the ceramic-lined composite steel pipe is only the wear-resistant casting. About 1/2 of the steel pipe or bimetallic composite pipe, the project cost per meter is reduced by 30-40%, only about 2/5 of the weight of cast stone pipe and rare earth wear-resistant steel pipe, and the cost per meter is reduced by more than 20%.


Ceramic-lined composite steel pipes for wear-resistant pipes and fittings used in corrosive or high-temperature places are only a fraction of the price of stainless steel pipes and nickel-titanium pipes. In addition to feeding and returning powder, it is also widely used in the following industries: 1. Mine: 1.1 Coal water slurry, coal washing slime, mine filling material, coal powder in coal industry 1.2 Metal mine: pipeline transportation of concentrate and tailings. 2. Metallurgy: 2.1 Blast furnace coal injection and slag conveying pipes for iron making in iron and steel plants; 3. Cement plant: raw slurry transportation, pulverized coal transportation, hoist unloading, concrete transportation pipeline of rotary kiln wet production line.
