The wear resistance of rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipes is mainly determined by the material and production quality. Wear is the phenomenon of material loss on the body surface due to relative motion between objects. Rare earth wear-resistant alloy steel pipe adopts wear-resistant material that can resist wear and prolong the service life of the product.
Rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipes are mainly divided into single metal pipes and composite pipes. According to the shape, it can be divided into straight pipe, elbow, tee, cross, reducer, square joint and other special-shaped pipes.
Surface quality requirements: The inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline should be smooth and clean, without burrs, burrs, sticky sand, fleshy or lacking flesh, cracks, looseness, pores or air bubbles.
How to improve the wear resistance of rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipes and ensure the quality of use through process control in production, there are two main methods:
First, for the parts of the rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipe that are easy to wear, such as elbows, reducers, suction ports, etc., the model is cast as a whole, especially in the parts where the outer side of the elbow is particularly worn, the method of changing the center of the circle is used for the outer diameter. Design, make the parts with serious wear and tear locally thickened, and can also produce various irregular-shaped pipe fittings according to various requirements to meet the design requirements. The straight pipe is generally centrifugal casting.
Second, the material of rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipe contains various alloy elements such as Cr, Ni, Mo, W, V, Cu, etc. It not only has high hardness, but also has certain mechanical properties, and has good welding performance at room temperature. , and has the possibility of cutability and field opening, and also has certain corrosion resistance. In the actual use process, good results have been achieved in the use of water slag pipelines in steel plants or coal washing pipelines in coal preparation plants. Under the same conditions, compared with high manganese steel materials, its unit The wear is about 1/5 of that of high-manganese steel, and the service life is 4-5 times that of high-manganese steel. The elbow and branch pipe can be used together with the seamless pipe section, which is more convenient for installation and maintenance.
High-strength low-alloy rare earth heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel pipe fittings are suitable for coal transportation, powder feeding, ash and slag removal pipelines in thermal power plant boiler systems, and coal preparation plant transportation pipelines.
