Application Of Ceramic Wear-resistant Pipe

1. Because the ceramic composite pipe ceramic layer Vickers hardness of 1450-1600HV, wear resistance is particularly good. Therefore, it can be widely used in tailing transport and blast furnace coal injection pipeline with serious wear.

2. Because the ceramic composite pipe ceramic layer is a neutral material, in addition to wear resistance, but also has strong acid, alkali, salt corrosion resistance, so it can be applied to power plant ash removal slag, smelter (such as aluminum plant) pulp transport.

3. Because the ceramic composite pipe is resistant to high temperature (-50-900. c), impact resistance, it can also be applied to oil cracking gas, synthetic ammonia temperature change gas, synthetic rubber gas and molten aluminum liquid, salt heat carrier transport pipeline. At the same time, it can also be used for high temperature corrosion of gases and liquids, corrosion substances containing solid particles, and sulfur-containing geothermal water transportation pipelines.

Five: Precautions

1. The metal ceramic composite pipe has high hardness and good toughness, but it should be moved lightly during handling and installation to avoid serious collision, especially to avoid direct contact or impact of metal instruments on the end ceramic layer.

2. When installing the pipeline, the center line of the pipeline should be correct, and the height should be levelled to ensure that the two ends are accurate, and the dislocation of the two ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.

3. When installing pipes with flexible pipe sleeve connection, the insertion length of both ends of the flexible pipe sleeve should be adjusted symmetrically. Because the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite pipe is about 1/3 of that of steel, the expansion gap can be reduced to 3-5mm.

4. When the flange connection is used, the flange end face must be flush with the end face of the composite pipe.

5. Due to the excellent welding performance of the composite pipe, the pipe connection is carried out by welding. The groove is 70°-90° during welding, and the blunt edge is 2-4mm without leaving a gap
