Characteristics And Construction Methods Of Wear-resistant Ceramic Patch Pipe

Wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe is a steel composite wear-resistant pipe developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad. It is lined with wear-resistant ceramic sheets. Wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe has the advantages of extremely high wear resistance, long service life, corrosion resistance, and resistance to alternating hot and cold working conditions.
Features:
1. The anti-falling alumina ceramic porcelain tube is used, and the porcelain tube is inlaid, so that the wear-resistant pipe has good overall performance and is stronger.
2. Use strong epoxy structural adhesive to stick the wear-resistant ceramic pieces, and then weld them to the steel pipe wall. The ceramic pieces and the steel body are integrated to form a double reinforcement to ensure that the ceramic pieces do not fall off.
3. Wear-resistant ceramic patch pipes have a smooth surface, low running resistance, and are not suitable for scaling.
4. Flexible installation, high wear resistance, convenient processing, and moderate cost.
Construction methods of wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe:
1. Clean the pipeline to be constructed to ensure that the surface is clean and free of oil and impurities to ensure that the ceramic patch can be firmly adhered to the pipeline. Then, according to the shape and size of the pipe, the ceramic patch is cut as required using a cutting machine.
2. Apply the wear-resistant glue evenly to the surface of the pipe to be constructed. When applying, pay attention to the uniformity and coverage of the application range to avoid missed application. Then paste the cut ceramic patch on the pipe surface that has been coated with wear-resistant glue, and fit it evenly on the pipe surface.
3. After the wear-resistant glue dries, trim the ceramic patch coated with wear-resistant glue to avoid burrs and unevenness. Then apply wear-resistant glue again and attach the ceramic patch to the surface of the pipe where the ceramic patch has been pasted, smoothing the surface to make it adhere stably.
4. After the entire wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe is dry, conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure that the wear-resistant ceramic patch is firmly adhered and the surface is smooth, free of burrs and unevenness. At the same time, the pipelines also need to be protected to avoid any adverse physical and chemical effects.
