For pipelines with less corrosiveness and less serious damage, people in the industry often use repair processing technology to repair the pipeline. 1. Develop a repair plan
According to the damage of the pipeline, a complete set of feasible construction plans shall be formulated. In this set of feasible plans, the engineering personnel shall clarify the dimensional tolerance range of the repaired equipment according to the engineering drawings and equipment, and at the same time, according to the construction requirements and the regulations of the workpiece glue adjustment. 2. Solve the problem of wear-resistant ceramic pipe surface
In the treatment process of pipeline surface problems, it can be roughly divided into three treatment schemes, namely welding repair, degreasing, and rust removal.
1. During the welding repair process, engineers can repair the corrosion and damaged positions, and at the same time use a polisher to repair the welding repair points.
2. In the process of degreasing and dehumidification, the surface of the workpiece should be scrubbed with cotton yarn, and the excess grease and water stains should be wiped clean.
3. In the rust removal process, professional equipment should be used to remove the oxide layer on the surface of the wear-resistant ceramic pipe.
3. Glue adjustment process
1. First heat the sandblasting equipment to reasonably stir the repair material. After the repair material is evenly stirred, use a batch knife to wipe the repair material to the damaged area, and tamp it while wiping.
2. After wiping, spray the surface with repair paint, and smooth the surface of the repair paint.
3. After the treatment is completed, use special equipment to heat up and dry the workpiece.
The last step is to grind and polish the surface of the workpiece after heating and drying to ensure that it reaches the standard size. After confirming that the repair of the wear-resistant ceramic pipe is qualified, the surface is sprayed according to regulations.
