In the installation project of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates, the proportion of ceramic glue is very important: the principle of rolling the ceramic glue together is a small amount and multiple times. Note that the mixed ceramic glue cannot be left in the air for a long time and is prone to deterioration; according to the mass ratio, it is 2:1 Configure the proportion and stir the glue evenly; pay special attention to the heating and curing method if the temperature is lower than 10℃, heat the surface to be bonded to about 30℃, apply glue and bond, and heat until solidified.
We found during construction that if heating measures are not taken, especially when the temperature is below 0°C, the glue will easily freeze. The surface of the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate appears to have been cured, but it has no adhesive strength. Therefore, when using the wear-resistant ceramic lining board Detachment is easy to occur, but the heating temperature should not exceed 50°C, otherwise the glue will react violently to form bubbles, which will affect the bonding strength.
When smearing the surface of the object to be adhered, the glue coating should be about 1mm, not too thick, so as to ensure that the gap between the ceramic lining plate and the mother body is full. When pasting corners and other sections, the side wall lining plate should cover the ground lining plate by no less than 1 mm. 50%. After the pasting is completed, use a rubber hammer to tap one by one, and confirm that there is no sticking or hollowing. After curing at room temperature for 8 hours, tap lightly with a small hammer to check whether there is any lack of glue. If there is, you can remove it in time. Take it out and reattach it. If in the rainy season or in an environment with high humidity, the bonding surface is metal. Glue should be applied immediately after the wear-resistant ceramic lining is polished to avoid rust. Then tighten the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate and the mother body with special bolts.
