Most ash conveying pipelines in thermal power plants adopt pneumatic conveying, which has the characteristics of high airflow pressure, fast flow rate and long conveying time. There are often hard particles when conveying materials, which seriously wear the ash conveying pipelines. There are three common solutions:

Patch and make square boxes around the pipeline: This method is to make square boxes in the parts of the ash pipeline that have been worn or may be worn, and then fill them with cement or wear-resistant materials. The advantage is that the operation is simple and the cost is low, the disadvantage is that it can only solve the local problem, and has a certain lag, can not solve the problem fundamentally.

3. Use wear-resistant ceramic pipe: Optimizing the material of the pipe and improving the wear-resistant ability of the pipe itself is an effective way to solve the wear of ash pipe, and wear-resistant ceramic pipe is a consistent choice made after the comparison of many thermal power plants.
