What Are The Problems Of Wear-resistant Ceramic Tube Quenching?

Wear-resistant ceramic pipe in the quenching heat treatment, it is easy because of improper operational control, affecting the performance of the pipe itself, the quality of the face damage. Then what are the problems that often occur in the quenching of wear-resistant ceramic pipe?

1.Quenching and cooling process because of the low speed, easy to cause wear-resistant ceramic pipe hardness is not enough, hardness is uneven and other issues, quenching hardness is often in the high temperature stage of the cold speed is not enough to cause, so speed up the quenching medium used in the low-temperature cooling speed.

2. One of the solutions is to change the quenching oil to meet the requirements. 3. Quenching deformation.
