Can pushing, simmering and stamping elbows be lined with ceramic?

Most of them are welded elbows with shrimp joints lined with ceramics, that is, an elbow is divided into several or even a dozen angled short tubes to tailor-weld into various specifications of wear-resistant ceramic elbows. So, can stamped elbows, push elbows and hot simmer elbows be lined with ceramic? What are the specifications? The editors of Yuanda Special Materials below will answer them one by one.

Hot simmering elbow: The length of the straight pipe is calculated and heated, and then processed into an elbow, which is generally larger than R.5D, D, 2D, and can also be called a simmering bend or a big bend.

Stamping Elbow: The elbow that is made by burning the calculated pipe red, and then pressing it with a press, has been made less in recent years.

Push Elbow: The intermediate frequency push elbow is called Push Elbow, a popular production process in recent years, with beautiful appearance, uniform wall thickness and continuous operation.

Due to the different sizes of stamping elbows, push elbows and hot simmering elbows, some specifications can be lined with ceramics.

Which specifications of pushing, hot simmering and stamping elbows can be lined with ceramics?

1. For DN20~DN40, only push-made elbows and hot-simmered elbows with a radius of curvature greater than or equal to R=300 can be lined with ceramics.

2. For DN50~DN50, push-made elbows and hot-simmering elbows with a radius of curvature greater than or equal to R=000 are lined with ceramics.

3. From DN75 to DN500, stamping elbows with a radius of curvature less than or equal to R=.5D or 2D can be used.

4. DN550~Unlimited, stamping elbow, push elbow and hot simmering elbow can be used, and the radius of curvature is basically not limited.

The lining ceramic process used in various specifications is also different, so choose carefully.
