With the continuous progress of material science and production technology, industrial wear-resistant pipes are also constantly iterating, from the initial cast stone pipes, to the later wear-resistant alloy pipes, to the current mainstream wear-resistant ceramic pipes. Cast stone pipes and alloy pipes are gradually eliminated from the market due to their disadvantages such as bulky, inconvenient installation, difficult maintenance, and short wear life.


The lined wear-resistant ceramic pipe organically combines the high hardness, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramics with the machinability, weldability and high strength of steel. The advantages of convenience and flexible on-site installation are gradually recognized by customers, and are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, cement, chemical, coal, steel and other industries. The service life of lined wear-resistant ceramic pipes is 8-10 times higher than that of cast stone pipes and wear-resistant alloy steel pipes, and 15-20 times higher than that of steel-plastic and steel-rubber elbows.


The wear-resistant ceramics lining the wear-resistant ceramic pipes are made of alumina and zirconia as the main raw materials, rare metal oxides as the solvent, and special corundum wear-resistant ceramics calcined at a high temperature of more than 1000 degrees. The combination of stud welding and high temperature inorganic bonding is fixed on the inner wall of the steel pipe, which has the advantages of high wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, low engineering cost, long life, light weight, and convenient transportation and installation.
